How it came about

Behind ROWPILOT are Walter and Sebastien.

Two generations, different experience — but a shared enthusiasm for turning a good idea into a product that actually works. Walter comes from practice: an entrepreneur, a rower and someone who likes to reduce things to the essentials. Sebastien brought the engineering, the software and the view of a new generation.

Why are training computers either complicated, wired up with extra sensors — or simply fail to show the information the way you really need it on the water?
Out on the water
Test. Compare. Change. Test again. Not in a laboratory, but where ROWPILOT has to work — in the boat.
Left out
We dropped plenty of ideas again. Not because they were technically impossible, but because we did not need them while rowing.
No corporation
We are not a large electronics company. We are Walter and Sebastien. And ROWPILOT is our product.
